Shipping Information

Babez London offers several shipping options. Customers can choose to

2. Arrange for their own courier partners to pick the order,
3. Use our shipping services 

1. Click & Collect UK

Are you planning to visit our showroom but fear your favourite outfit will get out of stock? You can choose Click & Collect UK option if you're planning to stop by our showroom any time soon. Naturally, we will charge you for the product, but there will be no shipping/holding charges. 

2. Arrange for your own courier partners to pick the order

So you have a contract with your own courier partner to pick your order? You can email us at orders@babezlondon.com, and notify us in order messages about the courier service, and approximate time to pick the order. Please take note of Showroom timings, and communicate accordingly. Your courier partner will have to prove their identity, and take the responsibility of shipment once receiving is signed. We may contact you to confirm the legitimacy of courier partner before handing over the items. Naturally, we will change you for products, but there will be no holding charges. 

3. Use of Shipping Services

In case of our shipping services, total cost of shipping is calculated based upon weight of the total order. Simply add the products to your basket, and enter delivery address when prompted. Shipping cost will be estimated and displayed as Shipping Charges in the cart.

Once your order is received, and if there is any issues with your order, for example, a style is out of stock or missing a piece, you will be contacted by telephone or email. Once you have confirmed the best way to proceed, your order will be shipped. The order will be held for a maximum of 24 hours without a response, then it will be shipped and the missing items will be credited to your Babez account.

Shipping to UK:

All orders take 2-3 working days to be dispatched. Shipping Charges for UK starts from £5.00. We offer FREE Shipping to UK Orders valued over £500exc. VAT. Orders are dispatched using DPD NEXT DAY delivery services. However it is not a guaranteed service, we recommend you to allow up to 48 hours to receive your orders. Signature may be required on receipt when receiving the order.

International & EU countries Shipping

We ship internationally with DHL & DPD. After an order has been shipped, an email will be sent to the customer notifying them of this, and providing a tracking number. Please note there is a minimum order value of £150 on orders shipped with DPD to European Countries.

If preferred, customers can also arrange for their own couriers to collect the order from our Manchester branch, and not pay any shipping charges with us.

Here is a guide to our shipping costs. Please note that shipments sent with DHL are billed at the total weight. At checkout you will be charged for a box of up to 10kg weight. Once packed any boxes over the 10kg weight or any additional boxes will be billed the additional weight and you will be contacted to pay these additional costs. Prices below include fuel surcharges, Brexit charges and ‘emergency situation’ (covid-19) charges. They do not include any remote area surcharges. Any delivery post codes classified as remote areas will incur additional charges at a minimum of £19.99.
